African Equity is an Australian Based Non Government Organisation
(NGO). Primarily supporting the Heroes of the Nation orphanage (largest
in Kenya) and community development projects in Nyahururu and Nairobi,
Kenya. They are fully accredited with the Australian Tax Office and have tax deductible (Donor Gift Recipient) status.

Mahboba Rawi is an Afghan refugee who found a new life in Australia only to lose her
beloved son in a tragic drowning accident. Today she is the driving
force behind the Australian Aid Organisation MAHBOBA'S PROMISE, delivering desperately needed food, shelter, medical attention, education
and HOPE to hundreds of children and women in Afghanistan.

The Grey Man
This is an international organisation dedicated to eradicating the trafficking and exploitation of children. Their
main role is the rescue of children from traffickers. However, early on
the Grey Man realised that rescuing children was not enough. Once they enter sex
work they can become socialised to their life there and it becomes
difficult to convince them that they deserve something better. Many of
them will be physically or psychologically damaged and face the prospect
of death from AIDS. The Grey Man realised that they needed to stop them from
entering the sex trade in the first place. Based in Brisbane, Australia the Grey Man activities are focused on the countries of South East Asia.

 Bravehearts aims to 'Break the Silence', provide healing and support,

She Rescue Home
A She Rescue Home is a secure haven for young Cambodian girls who are at
risk or who have been rescued from being trafficked. Each of these
beautiful girls deserves a safe and secure place to live, where
counseling, medical attention, and educational and vocational training
can take place in a safe and loving location.

Mission Watoto Australia is a non-profit, non-denominational, volunteer group that organises and takes teams of volunteers to Uganda to help in constructing sustainable Watoto Villages.
